Matin Bleu

Matin Bleu is a free daily newspaper of French-speaking Switzerland published by the group Edipresse. It was launched on October 1st, 2005, following the failure of the negotiations between Edipresse and Tamedia, the editor of 20 minutes.

Aiming at a rather young and town public, the articles concise and are commented on generally little.

It started by being distributed on the arc lemanic (mainly with Geneva and Lausanne) like in the stations of Yverdon, Neuchâtel and Freiburg. Gradually, its surface of distribution extends to all the French-speaking Switzerland.

Publication: five times by Week (Monday - Friday).

Its editor, Edipresse, announced 309.000 readers in July 2007
