Masterly preparation

A masterly preparation is a preparation Médicament euse carried out by the Pharmacie N or the pharmacist for a precise patient, following a personal ordinance.

Drug prepared extemporanément (not right to be stored in the dispensary) according to a regulation intended for a particular disease:

the original formula is detailed on the ordinance;
Realization in the dispensary after checks (Posology S, incompatibilities physico-chemical or pharmacological);
After realization, the formula is retranscribed with the prescription book: the formulation is thus preserved at the dispensary:
labelling comprises obligatorily a number of inscription to the prescription book (the formula is not registered on the label).
