Marvels

Marvels is a series limited written by Kurt Busiek and illustrated by Alex Ross which will be a great critical and commercial success. Published in 1994 by Marvel Comics, it will return celebrates the two authors by the quality of the narration and the quality of paintings.

It receipt three Eisner Award of which that of the Better limited series (Best Finite Series/Limited Series) and five Harvey Award.

Synopsis

The history recalls the history of the Univers Marvel seen by it press photographer Phil Sheldon starting from the birth of the Human Torche original in 1939 until the death of Gwen Stacy, event mythical of the history of the superman Spider-Man.
