Martina Navrátilová

Martina Navrátilová (born the October 18th, 1956) is a Czechoslovakian tennis player of origin naturalized American in 1981. She played on the lathe simple woman WTA of 1973 with 1994. She is the most titrated player history of female, simple and double tennis confused. She gained 18 major titles of 1978 to 1990 including nine with Wimbledon where she succeeds in obtaining 6 titles of continuation of 1982 to 1987 thanks to her play of attack to the flight. Martina Navrátilová is also militant for the rights of the lesbians, gays, bisexual and transgenres (LGBT). Spokesperson of the world first Outgames 2006, Martina Navrátilová solemnly read the July 29th 2006, with the Olympic medal Mark Tewksbury, the Déclaration of Montreal, resulting from the World conference on the rights of the LGBT, which was taken place with Montreal, Canada. This declaration requires the respect of the rights of the LGBT everywhere in the world and formulates many revendications.
Martina Navrátilová founded the " Martina Navratilova Youth Foundation" for the young people in difficulty and is militant Végétarienne for the rights of the animals.
