Martin Wilhelm Kutta
Martin Wilhelm Kutta , born the November 3rd 1867 and dead the December 25th 1944, was a German Mathématicien .
Kutta was born with Pitschen, Silesia (today Byczyna in Poland). It starts studies at the university of Breslau of 1885 with 1890 before continuing them with Munich until in 1894, where he becomes the assistant of von Dyck. In 1898, it spends one year to the Université of Cambridge. Kutta becomes professor with Stuttgart in 1911, where it remains until his retirement in 1935.
In 1901, it took part with Carl Runge in the development of the Méthode of Runge-Kutta, used to solve differential equations. It is also known for its studies in aerodynamics.
Kutta dies in Fürstenfeldbruck in Bavaria.
