Marquigny
Marquigny is a common French, located in the department of the the Ardennes and the area Champagne-Ardenne.
Geography
A powerful orator of the name of Marqus would have founded this village in the middle of the countryside… Charlemagne would have gained a battle there on the top of the village… A church was built in remembering this battle… Church which lost its bell during the First World War to make a gun of it. http://img265.imageshack.us/img265/785/1010142qy0.th.jpg

Demography
A small village in the middle of the meadows… Here the photograph of its church… During the First World War its bell was molten by the Germans to make a gun of it. The church was built on the place even battle gained by Charlemagne, a nice homage this church… in top of this hill.
