Marie-Caroline Le Pen , born the January 23rd 1960 with Neuilly-sur-Seine, is a political Femme French. She is the elder one of the three girls of Jean-Marie Le Pen and his wife Pierrette Lalanne.

Biography

It is militant with the National front as of its fifteen years . Politically the favorite one of his/her father , regularly candidate with the cantonal elections in the Hauts-de-Seine, it is elected in fourteenth places at the National committee of the party in 1997

She directs National video, which produces the video cassettes of the National front, the Serp, company of musical diffusion rested by her father, as well as NEAR, publisher.

Mandates

  • In 1997 it obtains 24,1% of the voices to the legislative elections in the Seventh district of Yvelines.
  • In 1998, it obtains 8,21% with the regional elections in the Hauts-de-Seine, and is elected regional adviser of Île-de-France.

Scission of Front National

At the time of the scission caused by Bruno Mégret within the National front, Marie-Caroline Le Pen decides, with her husband Philippe Olivier, to join in Bruno Mégret. She makes an attempt at mediation between the parts using a “charter of national reconciliation”, which sign Bruno Mégret.

In reaction, his/her father speaks, with the twenty hour old newspaper of TF1, of the “women who are accustomed to following their husband or their lover rather than their father”. It then leaves the residence of her father with Saint-Cloud.

In 1999, it is number four on the list of the MNR to the European elections. May 31st, 2000, Philippe Olivier and she resign of the National republican movement, following a dissension on the principle of the Europe “ethnocentrée”, think of knowing the Réseau Voltaire .
