Manji era
The era Manji (in Japanese: ja 万治) is one of the eras of Japan (ja 年号, nengō , literally “the name of the year”) according to the era Meireki and preceding the era Kanbun extending from the 1658 to the 1661. The reigning emperor was Go-Sai - tennō (ja 後西天皇).
