Definition

One calls machines the objects and material, specific or not, being used for the practice of the Athlétisme.

Machines of competition

• Disc, to see Throwing the discus

Machines of drive

• the Anneau is a machine of launching for child corresponding to the gesture of the throw of disc

• the Caisses are kinds of step which allow exercises of Impulsion
• the Lattes are plates of 10cm of width which installed on the ground with various variations make it possible to make exercises of races, on the amplitude and the swiftness.
• a Medicine ball is a balloon of a certain weight, roughly of the size of a balloon of volleyball. They can weigh from two to five kilos and are used for the drive pylometric to increase the power of the athletes.
• the rocket is a javelin of flexible and light drive (out of rubber or foam of polystyrene)
