Mésopause

The mésopause constitutes the higher limit of the Mésosphère and the lower limit of the Thermosphère. It is located at an altitude of approximately 80 km. It is at this place that one measures the lowest Température S of the atmosphere, the measured absolute minimum being of -80°C. Starting from this place, the temperature increases with the Altitude.
