The Luy de France is a Affluent Luy, which takes its source with Limendous, Yrénées-Atlantiques.
Etymology
Its name probably comes from the Basque Lohi “mud”.
Geography
The Luy de France takes its source with Limendous. It joined the Luy de Béarn (77 km) to form the Luy with the foot of the castle of Gaujacq, then to join in Adour downstream from Tercis-the-Baths (in the south of Dax).
