Lucky Blondo

Lucky Blondo , of its true name Gerard Blondiot, born the July 23rd 1944 with Paris, is a French singer, who knew his hour of glory during the Années 1960, at the time of the emergence of the French Rock. Its velvet voice however attached it more to the crooners.

Its principal successes: Sheila , Baby Face , Ten small Indians , On your face a tear (French version of the song Una lacrima sul viso sung by Bobby Solo), Of the red roses for a fair angel

It is one of the rare French singers to have recorded, in 1977, one 33 turns with Memphis with The Jordanaires, the appointed vocal group of Elvis Presley, and some-ones of its former musicians.

He reconverted himself then into publicity, before returning to the song in 2006 for retro spectacle.
