Looz

Looz (in Dutch Borgloon ) is a common city and Dutch-speaking of Belgium located in Flemish Région in the province of Limbourg.

With the 1st July 2004, the total population of this commune is of 10.049 inhabitants (4.971 men and 5.078 women). The total surface area is of 51,12 km ².

Looz was (formally) the capital of the Comté of Looz and one of the 23 Bonnes Cities of the Principauté of Liege.
