Jacques Seraph Lanquetin (1794-1869)
This Inhabitant of Franche-Comté of Haut-Doubs was not only one great figure of Parisian municipal administration to the XIX {{E}} century (city council man, secretary then president of the Municipal council) but more especially the precursor of Haussmann. In 1816, it founds its house of Vin S wholesale with Paris, in the Saint-Louis Island. In 1849, Jacques Séraphin Lanquetin is elected president of the Municipal council of Paris. It is beaten for the seat of deputy of the Seine by Eugene Sue, that it will beat in 1852.
