Lokua Kanza
Lokua Kanza , Pascal Lokua Kanza, (1958 -) is a singer born of a father Congolese and a mother Rwanda ise in Bukavu in Kivu in the Democratic republic of Congo, the Belgian Congo at the time. He lives in France since many years.
Already author of 4 albums in his native language, it has just left in 2005 Alive Plus , album entirely written in French. One finds there the title éponyme, sung in duet with Corneille
The African influences marry with wonder with the French texts of a rare quality. The grain of voice interprets the rich person melodies with a great sensitivity.
