It happens that tradesmen order advertizing objects with Gaston, or although this last makes publicity with the newspaper of its own initiative.

Fires tricolor: fact of wood, paperboard and three piles of flashlight. It was ordered by a store to decorate its window and Gaston blocks circulation by leaving it posed on the pavement (board 318).
Carry-key-balloon with helium (board 445): fact of flying away touts keys of Mr. De Mesmaeker
advertizing Signs: placed at the entry of the drafting, they encourage the passers by to enter there (board 521)
giant Mouche: advertizing object ordered by a department store (board 566) which terrorizes a whole district.
Sign of clock industry: it is in fact a true alarm clock which sounds at 5 o'clock in the morning (board 660).
giant Shoe: order advertizing for a large shoemaker (board 768 and 769).
