Lemu
Lemu is small a rural municipality south-west of the Finland, in the province of Western Finland and the area of Finland of South-west.
It is the second smallest commune of the area, and one of 15 smaller of the country. It densément is rather densément populated, not counting less than 33 villages. It still preserves its character mainly agricultural in spite of the proximity of Turku (21 km) and the installation of several small industries. But the figures of population, which doubled since 1974, do not mislead: the commune is on the way to be absorptive by the agglomeration of Turku, the third of the country.
Its stone church of the 15th century is its principal if not single curiosity.
The close municipalities are Mietoinen in north, Askainen in the west, Masku in south-east and Nousiainen in the North-East.
