Legislative elections Bengali of 2007

The legislative elections bangladaises of 2007 were to take place with the Bangladesh the January 22nd 2007

The Ligue Awami denounces the conditions of the poll which are, before even the vote, fraudulent. The manifestations of the partisans of the Awami league make 40 dead.

January 11th, the president Iajuddin Ahmed defers the elections in front of the chaotic situation of the country. He declares the state of emergency and sets up the curfew. The president also resigns as of his functions. No date is advanced for the behavior of the elections.
