Law on water

In France, three laws are usually indicated under the name of “law on water”:

• the Law of December 16th, 1964 relating to the mode and the distribution of water and the fight against their pollution,
• the Law on the water of January 3rd, 1992,
• the Law on water and aquatic environments of the December 30th 2006 (law n° 2006-1772).
