Laurence Ferrari is a journalist Frenchwoman born the July 5th 1966 with Aix-the-Baths (Savoy). It is the girl of the former UDF deputy and mayor of Aix-the-Baths Gratien Ferrari.

It followed studies of communication to the French École of the press attachés. It is also graduate of Political and Social Communication (3rd cycle) of the Sorbonne (Paris I).

Career

Freelance journalist with the Agency France-Press and the edition the Rhone-Alps of the Barber Magazine in 1986.

Until June 2006, it made the beautiful days of TF1 with the magazine Vis my life as well as the magazine of Sunday evening in “ Access premium-time Seven to Eight , with her husband Thomas Hugues. It also was replacing it of Claire Chazal with the 20 hour old newspaper of TF1 until June 2006.

Since September 2nd, 2006, it presents the unexpected newspaper every saturday of 12:30 to 13:30 on RTL (radio), where it goes to the meeting of personalities endorsing the role of editor association.

Since the September 10th 2006, Laurence Ferrari presents Sunday + , a political emission on Canal+ Sunday with 12:40 instead of the Vrai Newspaper of Karl Zero. Laurence Ferrari animates the electoral evenings (diffused in light of 19:30 to 21:00) of Canal+ with the presence of the Guignols.

In March 2007, it launches, with five other journalists (Claire Chazal, Marie Drucker, Tina Kieffer, Béatrice Schönberg and Mélissa Theuriau), the operation “the Rose” with UNICEF to help the young girls to reach education.

In October 2007, Laurence Ferrari and Thomas Hugues separate by amicable agreement, after 14 years of marriage and two children.
