Large Ilha da Queimada

The Brazilian island Ilha da Queimada Grande is with more or less 35 kilometers of the littoral of the state of São Paulo, municipe of Itanhaém, not far from the town of Santos. It is uninhabited and its access is strictly reserved to the scientists of the institute herpetologic Institut Butantã. However it is very carractérisée as being a place habritant the densest population of snakes of planet, it is one of the most dangerous place in the world for the man, nobody separately the scientists does not have the right to accost here. These snakes all belong to same the species, a variety of spearheads called insular Trigonocéphale. There are snakes on the ground, there is in the trees there is in the summit meeting of the island and on the beach, they even elected residence in the old headlight, deserted for a long time.
