Kontakto is a Magazine in Esperanto published by TEJO is supported by UEA. It was launched in 1963 through a proposal of the committee of the UEA by Humphrey Tonkin which became its first editor association, providing a magazine approaching of the subjects of interest for the young esperantists. The magazine often used the slogan " In Esperanto, but not on the espéranto."

With the beginning of the year 1980, Anna Löwenstein became editor association. Among its contributions appeared of the articles easy to read, of the articles on serious subjects written in an easy language for initial students in Esperanto.

Since 2002, Eugenia Zvereva is editor association.
