Jules-Emile-François-Herve de Beaulieu . (1752 - 1807). Lawyer before 1789, police chief with the national accounting in 1791, then Minister for Finance to replace Etienne Clavière, from March in July 1792. Stopped at one time under the Terror, released, he dies in Redon.
