Joseph Hertel

Joseph Hertel was a colonist French come to settle in News-France. One him octroye in 1694 the seigniory of Beloeil. In 1711, it sells it with Charles II Moyne, Baron de Longueuil. The document named " increase in Belleüil" prove this sale.
