Joseph Galy
Joseph Galy , was born the December 22nd 1929 in Bages and died the June 25th 1997. It is a former player of Rugby to XV, which played with the team of France, USAP and RC Toulon, evolving/moving at the station of three quarter centers (1,75 m for 75 kg).
He was president of the lasting USAP of nombreusesb years and member of the French federation of Rugby at the side of Albert Ferrasse.
