John Foster Dulles
John Foster Dulles (February 2nd 1888 - May 24th 1959) was an American diplomat , which was the 51ème Secretary of State (Foreign Minister of the United States), of the January 21st 1953 with the April 22nd 1959, under the republican president Dwight D. Eisenhower. Geopolitician of reputation, it devoted the concept of repression (rollback) of the USSR.
He was the brother of Allen Welsh Dulles, director of the CIA.
