Joaquim António Portugal Baptiste of Almeida is a Portuguese actor born the March 15th 1957 with Lisbon (Portugal).

It gives up the Courses of Theater of the University of Theater and of the Cinema of Lisbon and share for the the United States where it receives a formation in the The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Intitute of New York. He is the son of João Baptista d' Almeida and late Maria Sara Portugal. He has five brothers and sisters: Isabel Maria, Anna Maria, Jorge, João and Jose António. He was married in Cecília, with which it had a Lorenço son, was born in 1992, and an Anna girl, was born in 2002 with Maria C Carmo.
