Career in club
Hrdina was fished out by the Flames of Calgary to the Repêchage of entry in the LNH 1984 in eighth round (159e choice). At the time of its first match under the colors of Calgary, it marks its first point on a master key for the goal of the victory of the team. It gains the Coupe Stanley with the Flames in 1989.It has fact left the team of Penguins which gained the Coupe Stanley two consecutive years (1991 and 1992) even if during the second conquest it were much wounded.
It helped much its compatriot Jaromír Jágr to adapt to the life in North America.
He is now depistor for the Stars of Dallas.
