Jehanne Benoit
Jehanne Benoît is the Great lady of the Québécois Cuisine.
It began its studies with Montreal with the convent from the Sacred Heart, then with Paris with the Sorbonne continued them. Throughout its career, it was in turn professor, transfer and writer.
In 1963, it published a reference book in art of cooking intiulé the Encyclopedia of the Québécois kitchen . In the years 1980, it finished the Encyclopedia of the kitchen microwaves , in seven volumes. She died in 1987 at the 84 years age.
