Jean Perrault is a politician québécois.
He is mayor of Sherbrooke since 1994 and chair Union of the municipalities of Quebec. The politician aguerri, determined and respected has the easy verb and the communicative smile. He has also the determination of a leader, the curiosity of a man of team. “The life, it is like the sport; you must exceed yourself, you owe performer”, launches it.

Impassioned sport, he was Canadian champion of Water skiing in 1965, and this, while belonging to the Canadian team of Alpine skiing, being same breath the only athlete to form part simultaneously of two national teams. Bitten water skiing, it founded a school and created of it the Festival of the lake of the Nations to finance it. He likes the performance so much that he was appointed athlete of the year as of his arrival at the University. Jean Perrault also was during nearly 25 years to the College of Sherbrooke, where it acted as professor, director of the Service of the sports and director of the Center of physical-activity. Copresident of World the youth of athletics which was held in Sherbrooke in 2003, it was also established in March 2006 with the Hall of re-elected sport at the University of Sherbrooke as athlete.
