Jean-Pierre Como
Jean-Pierre Como is a Claviériste French. Clavierist of the group of jazz-rock'n'roll Sixun.
Resulting from an Italian family, Jean-Pierre Como was born in Paris in 1963. After traditional studies with the academy, it approaches in a more or less self-educated way the field of the Jazz, working episodically with Bernard Maury, François Couturier and Michel Sarbady. Already, it attaches much importance to the composition and records into 1983 some of its compositions, surrounded by J.P. Celea, F. Laizeau, F. Petier and Louis Winsberg.
In parallel, it accompanies Zaka Percussions, Rido Bayonne and Pierre Vassiliu.
In 1984, it meets Paco Sery and decides to form Sixun. He will play then regularly in the quintet of Antoine Illouz like within Big Band of Antoine Herve.
