Jean-Michel Beysser
Jean-Michel Beysser , born with Ribeauvillé (Haut-Rhin) the November 4th 1753, guillotine with Paris the April 13rd 1794 (24 germinal year II) was general in the French Army.
Before the Revolution
He begins his career as a dragon in the Régiment of Lorraine of 1769 with 1778. He will be then employed in the army of Brittany of 1778 with 1781, seems he as army surgeon.He is used in the Swiss regiment as Moron, with the orders of the Compagnie of the Indies Dutchwomen as army surgeon, captain of the Dutch regiment, he is of return in France in 1788.
Under the Revolution
