Jalal Talabani

Jalal Talabani , born in 1933 in the village of Kelkan with the Kurdistan Iraq IEN, is a Politician Kurdish Iraq IEN and . He was elected president d' Irak by the transitory National Assembly the April 6th 2005 re-elected for a second mandate the April 22nd 2006. He is also the founder of the patriotic Union of Kurdistan, one of the two Kurdish political principal parties.
