Public integrity

The December 12th 2006, Jacques Masdeu-Arus was condemned to 2 one-year suspended sentences, 150  000 euros of fine, 5 years of deprivation of civil rights and 10 years of ineligibility for corruption passivates and concealment of abuse of corporate asset within the framework of the Affaire Bedier. Under the terms of the suspensory effect of sound call to this legal decision, it is invested by UMP for the legislative elections of 2007 and is re-elected appointed with the second turn of the June 17th.
