Italos
During the Antiquity, Italos , wire of Télégonos and Pénélope, widow of Ulysses, was the king of the Œnotres. The area which it controlled limited to the point of the Calabria and had as limits the towns of Skylettion and Térina. It would have succeeded, at the price of many military actions to increase the kingdom of Œnotrie in its southernmost part, moving the border to the cities of Tarente and Poseidonia.
