Abul Qasim Ubaidullah ibn Abdullah ibn Khurdad-bih or Istakhri was a Persan medieval geographer.
One counts, with the number of his works, Al-masalik wa Al-mamalik like his Al-Aqalim .
One owes him the first description of the windmills.
