Isaac de Razilly
Isaac de Razilly (1587 in France - 1635) played a leading role in the history of the Acadie, where it was Gouverneur of 1632 until its death.
At the 18 years age, it became Chevalier of the Ordre of Malta.
He was member of the French royal Marine in which he was useful brilliantly.
In 1632, at the request of sound Cousin, the Cardinal Richelieu, it was implied in the Colonisation of Acadie. It took possession of the Habitation of Port-Royal and made the center of a French colony of it. Razilly and its friends established the Company of the Razilly-Shoe-maker. One of its lieutenants was his cousin Charles de Menou d' Aulnay who played a decisive part in the maintenance of a regular flood of ships between the colony and France.
Razilly as seized the Fort English of Penobscot to ensure as French is only the Européen S established in Acadie.
