Irish Language of the signs

The Irish language of the signs or Irish Sign Language ( ISG ) is the sign language used in Ireland and some times in Northern Ireland.

The Irish language of the signs is closer to the French Langue of the signs than of that of its British neighbor who was used in the first times with Dublin.

According to International SIL this language date of the years 1846 - 1849.

The code ISO 639-3 for the Irish language of the signs is ISG .
