International high representative in Bosnia-Herzégovine

The international High representative in Bosnia-Herzégovine is the most political power in Bosnia-Herzégovine. It is named by the United Nations and can cancel any decision of the executive or the Parliament of Bosnia-Herzégovine or on the contrary to decide something to which are opposed the elected representatives. The station of high representative was created by the Accords of Dayton of the December 14th 1995.
