International airport of Chūbu

International airport of the Chūbu (Code AITA: NGO (as from February 2005); Code ICAO: RJGG ) (in Japanese 中部国際空港 Chūbu Kokusai Kūkō , in English, International Chubu Airport ) became the principal air door in the central zone of the Japan, the Région of Chūbu. Its inauguration dates from the February 17th 2005. The majority of the companies announced like dates from the change between old the Aéroport of Nagoya and that of Chūbu, that of the February 17th 2005 - it takes again old the Code AITA of the old airport on this date.

The airport of Chūbu is the third Aéroport Japanese built on water, after the International airport of Nagasaki and the International airport of Kansai close to Ōsaka. It was built in particular for the World Fair 2005 to Aichi. Central International Japan Airport Co., Ltd is the name of the company which manages it.
