International Public finance

The international Public finance is the whole of the circuits and financial flows binding the State S sovereigns

  • between them
    • for the gifts and transfers, in particular
    • for the bilateral loans, and their possible renegotiation (Club of Paris);
    • for their operations of treasury: for example, the central banks have agreements between them. Moreover, they often use the public Treasury bonds other countries or monetary areas like support of their Monetary reserves
  • and with the supranational organizations specialized in
    • is the financial actions aiming at economic development (financing in the long run in particular).
    • is the research of the good performance of the monetary and financial system in the world
    • and possibly, for some of these institutions, the intervention emergency vis-a-vis the crises of insolvency, so much localized (at the request of the States concerned), that systemic (endangering the financial system and banking world)
