Insurrection

A insurrection is an armed rising or a Révolte against the capacity in place. The people acting during an insurrection are insurgent .
In the examples of insurrection, one notes that at the origin of the Libération of Paris in August 1944, that of Budapest in 1956.
The Declaration of the human rights and the citizen states in his article 2 the right of resistance to oppression among the four “natural and imprescriptible rights of the man”.
The Declaration of the human rights and the citizen of 1793 states in its article 35: “When the government violates the rights of the people, the insurrection is, for the people and each portion of the people, more crowned rights and most essential of the duties”.
