Ineos

Ineos is a private company of the sector of chemistry. Its seat is located in the small village of Lyndhurst in New Hampshire in England. The company was born in 1997 after several acquisitions. Ineos is indeed a company which develops by external growth by repurchasing many production sites. Several of the subsidiary companies of Ineos belonged formerly to companies like Amoco, BASF, BP (In), HERE, Dow Chemical, Solvay (which before had been repurchased by BP and integrate into the branch In) and UCB. Ineos in October 2005 announced its intention to repurchase In, the subsidiary company of BP specialized in the oil derivatives (using as raw material the products resulting from the vapocraqueurs to synthesize polymers in particular). This repurchase developed Ineos considerably since its turnover before acquisition was of 8 billion dollars.
