Illusion of the wall of the coffee

The illusion of the wall of the coffee was described the first time by Doctor Richard Gregory. It observed this curious effect in the earthenware squares of the wall external of a coffee of Bristol:

This Optical illusion reveals these parallel straight lines like curves.
