Ian R. MacLeod
Ian R. MacLeod is an author of novels of Science-fiction, Scottish origin, born in 1956 with Solihull, a small town of the center of England close to Birmingham.
In the years 1990, he is the author of many news which is published in the reviews of Anglo-Saxon science fictions. Some of this news were quoted or took down literary prizes. He wrote, to date, four novels, of which two were published in France. He seems to have an private interest for the Uchronie, proceeded which one finds in the Islands of the sun , the Age of the lights and The House off Storm . The two last, which have as a framework alternate England victorienne dominated by a magic substance, the ether, can be also close to the kind Steampunk and Fantasy
Ian R. MacLeod lives today in Bewdley in the Worcestershire.
