Iadrine
Iadrine (in Russian: Я́дрин ; in Chuvash: Етěрне) is a city of the République of Tchouvachie, in Russia, and the administrative center of the Raïon of Iadrinski. It is located on left bank of the Soura, an affluent of the the Volga, to 86 km in the south-west of Tcheboksary, the capital of the republic. Its population rose with: 10573 inhabitants with the Census of 2002, against: 10149 with that of 1989.
Iadrine was founded in 1590 like posts strengthened and accepted the statute of city in 1781.
