Short films: 1923-1937

In 1930, Disney gives up the Powers distributer and sign an new agreement of distribution with Columbia Pictures. The same year, Walt engages Charlotte Clark an young woman of Burbank which has just produced a headstock of Mickey that Walt finds very succeeded. The headstock is produced in series and is presented to each promotional event, becoming the first Disney derivative product. Mickey Mouse is also exported in international mainly Italy and Japan.

In 1935, Walt Disney is approached by a young salesman undertaking, Kay Kamen.
