Hiring of vacancy
The hirings of holidays called also seasonal hirings , are residences which are rented at the week (Saturday to Saturday) for the periods of Vacances.
There are several types of hirings of holidays: houses, villas, apartments, lodgings, mobile-homes, Chambre of hosts… These hirings are exonerated from VAT, except if the owner offers hotel services tariffed such as the breakfast, the daily household of the buildings, the supply of linen, hiring of a washing machine or other subscription-based services. The Visitor's tax is founded by certain tourist communes, seaside resorts or of mountain. This tax varying from 0,15 to 1 € is supported by the tenant.
