Harry Hopkins is an American politician and to nearest advise Roosevelt especially during the Second world war.
Hopkins decides Roosevelt to give the absolute priority to the fight against the Reich in Europe instead of the Pacific. During this period, the word of Hopkins applying to that of Roosevelt, it can meet Stalin without requiring of audience, and Pie XII honors it with the protocol of a Head of State, because of its statute of 3eminence grise. It takes an active part very in the Conférence of Yalta and the conference of Potsdam.
