Hard shell clam

The common hard shell clam bivalvular of the family of is vénéridés, host of the sablo-muddy coastal funds of the bottom of the stage infralittoral up to 100 m of depth.

It has a thick shell, équivalve, decorated very marked concentric scratches whose color varies yellowish white with the white grisâtre. It is a digger species.
